Gorgeous and exceptionally clean place should have higher than 4 star rating, everything is good. The staff is really helpful and customer-facing at all the levels. Their breakfast option with seasonal fruits is good, put others we have been to shame! All in all they offer exceptional service...

The breakfasts were generous, featuring fresh seasonal fruits, and the location was convenient and tranquil with easy access to the metro station.

The room was spacious and the balcony was nice.
We did not like its location although we managed with bus and subway to get to the city center. Also, the room really needs a shower curtain. The bathroom was flooded after every shower and based on the condition of the flooring, we were not the only ones with this problem.

Marvellous and quiet location, fairly clean hotel, brand-new rooms. The rooms with double beds. Location very close to city center or mall, a different restaurant, and took a long time.

The hotel is fairly clean. They offer large breakfasts. - the central location is convenient for taxi rides to and from the airport. - Our superior queen room was great and came with other meals included. - the room also had a kettle, and we enjoyed spending time in the garden.

We initially had a problem with the bathroom light in the first room that we were booked in & the friendly ladies at reception gladly put us into a more spacious beautiful room.I really compliment the ladies that were there on the afternoon of the 13 May 2011. One was Miquel and not sure about the other.
The first room - 7th floor right in the corner was very small and the fact that there was no kettle & cups in the rooms.

The rooms were well-appointed and tastefully decorated with large beds. the location was particularly good and marvellous, close to the Fiumicino airport and the center of Rome. Had tea and goodies at Pasticceria Andreotti, nestled 1 km of the hotel.

helpful staff
location in Rome inconvenient for visiting the city; 10 min walk to next bus station, 5 min bus ride to the Metro, and then a 25min ride with the Metro. However, the problem really starts upon return from the city in the evening since the buses run only very infrequently. Half-an-hour or longer wait times at the end of the Metro line need to be accepted.

I got a nicely decorated room with a big balcony facing the garden. Some of the staff members were highly professional and customer-oriented. - the hotel was in a central location.

Facilities in hotel were not working (air con, broadband & gym equipment). Informatin regarding restaurant facilities was confusing & staff were rude and unhelpful.

Location close enough to amazing park in the front and the train station and taxi which cost €36. For shots visit Sound Pub, nestled within 15 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Far away but good connection to metro,
Not friendly staff at all!!!! Far away from city centre, very poor breakfast!! Very hard to find anything to eat.Restaurant on 7th floor - buffet dinner 25 euro, very poor. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody else. I have booked double room, and got 2 single beds. They told me,that hotel is full and they havent any double rooms available.HORRIBLE Place!!!
